We also thank you for your comments regarding the Noise Balnker function. Please find in the PDF below instructions on how to adjust the noise blanker in the 746. In general, it is difficult to be able to remedy all types of noises with the noise blanker on the transceiver side. It is recommended that you find out what the source of the noise troubling you is, and see if any remedy can be made at that end too.
In regards to the adjustments above, we suggest that you adjust the unit to eliminate the noise most troubling you. This may improve things for you during operation.
